Vacuum cleaner. It must have been a two person operation. One pumping the wooden handle and the other working the hose and brush attachment that didn't survive.
Food chopper. When you turn the handle the cylinder rotates and two blades chop the food.No matter how you look at it, still a lot of work.

Love those photos; didn't have a clue as to what they were but once you explained it makes perfect sense lol.
Didn't even have a guess for that first mystery item...the donut cutter. I figured the second item for some kind of mold, or measurement device. Hubby thought it might be a giant candle snuffer! Fun to see..thanks for posting them.
