First Day

I signed up at the gym for 5 sessions with a personal trainer. Today was day one.

I'm not going for muscle and I'm not expecting to drop pounds, but I am after general flexibility and a good whole body workout that can be done at home if I can't make it to the gym.

I'm fitter than I give myself credit for apparently but my legs and back do all the work my abdominal muscles should be doing. No wonder my belly won't shrink. *laugh*
They are now in training at suck-it-in obedience school.

And yes I will continue with my aerobic and spin classes. I like sweating in unison with the ladies.

Oh, I am shamed! I have still not managed to get myself to Curves like I SWORE I would do first chance I got!!! I laid out my excuses to hubby this past weekend, and he batted them all down with his logic and sincere hope that I will get to exercising again. Sigh....he's right. I'm gonna do it.
I think a personal trainer sounds wonderful!

Wow, go you E. You're really getting into the exercise!

I have exactly the same issues. Back doing all the work for the jelly belly... :-(

Once you can get into a routine Kathleen it becomes easier. You just have to start!

It's 9 months since I joined the gym and now seemed the time to take the next step. It also didn't hurt that they had a special on for the trainer. *grin*
