ChrismEaster

It was Christmas turkey mixed with Easter Bunny treats.

Me, sister Barbara, brother-in-law Eric and sister Catherine.

Easter Sunday was the perfect day for finally cooking the turkey that's been sitting in the freezer since Christmas and the perfect day for inviting family to join us.

We cooked the turkey Saturday, I had great fun Sunday morning mixing decorations to mark the two holidays as I set the table and Paul did a great fabulous job washing all the dishes Monday morning.

Add in the warm sunny days and we had a wonderful weekend.

What a fun idea...mixing the two! I wish we'd had turkey instead of ham, that sounds good!! But we did have lots of family too, and that makes the celebration wonderful.

Glad you finally got to have the family get together, and to turn it into a mix of two celebrations!!
Also very comforting to hear that Paul sounds like he's back on track - and doing the dishes!! LOL
