An amazing trick.
I can make the jelly bean level lower just by opening the jar and then my mouth. It had hubby baffled for a bit. I wonder where he thought they were going?

I brought a little bit of spring home from the grocery store yesterday. While checking out the plant/cut flower department I found this pot of delightful tiny iris and they fit quite nicely on my kitchen window sill.

The flowers are a perfect cure for cabin fever/winter blahs. Going to have to look for some for myself.

BTW you're not the only one who can do the jelly bean trick. Have you ever tried eating jelly bellies in the dark--like at a boring concert--and try to guess what kind you just ate? Sometimes I think they put in some of those Harry Potter flavors like ear wax and floor cleaner. bleh

Love the iris, can't believe we're still in Summer here and you're now in Spring!

Do you happen to know if any Canadian papers, particularly Toronto , of 1820-1830, have been uploaded anywhere ?

love the irises, so cheerful!
Leenie I'm going to have to try that jellybeans in the dark thing. I have to use the guide on the back of the box, most of the time.

I usually just throw a handful in my mouth and marvel at the different tastes that result from the mix.
