Oh My

I hurt. Probably from the yoga yesterday and the aerobics today.

Quite a workout for someone who thought a brisk walk was intense exercise.

The good news is I went out and bought some track pants and a sports bra. With that kind of monetary commitment it is not likely I will drop out now.

*grin* Yes, I continue to have fun, but it will be interesting to see how hard it's going to be to get out of bed tomorrow morning.

The second day after is always the worst. Did you realise that? After that it will slowly get better!! Till you do more exercise and discover more muscles that you didn't know you had!!

Yes, I had a few aches and pains after I started going to the gym. Decided that one of the apparatus and my right knee didn't really agree with each other. You definitely need to pace yourself, however making a financial commitment as well as a physical one keeps you honest. Says she with her gym outfits bought at the sales.
