More signs

We wondered if the squirrels had gone a little winter lingering mad when we saw them licking the branches of the tree in our front yard.

Yesterday we discovered the truth. The sap is flowing and it's sweet. Maple sugar time. See! Under all the slowly melting snow and ice there is grass growing.

I've been hearing robins!!!!

Well, I guess we're a bit ahead of you then...our grass needs mowing, and the yard is filled with robbins. Hummingbirds are back too. But it's raining...and raining...and raining....
